I really like this RX7. And even though it was on Stance Nation, this doesn't really fit how I have understood stance to be. This is functional stance.
I think I would rather have this in a gloss black instead of a matte black. Either way I love these RX7's.

Functional stance is usually sexy as hell. This is no exception. Beautiful! I have a soft spot for RX-7's though.

I don't have a problem when people stance their cars like this. A little chamber in the front to help with corners, lowering the car to help with traction, completely fine and endorse this. Especially if it it a car for drifting or a track car. But I have a problem when it begins to looks like this.

It's not bad looking for a stance car. I wouldn't go quite that low, and I don't really get the exposed fasteners fad, but otherwise ok. Lose the front winglets and it would be better.

I agree, that's total bullshit. This RX7 doesn't look bad at all. Camber though, or at least too much of it, looks god awful.

That's the only kind of acceptable stance. Usually (and stereotypically), stanced cars have no real working suspension, have wheels that scrub body parts, incredible negative camber, or have tyres stretched so much they're an explosion hazard.
I think the kind of stance pictured here and airbags are the only good ways to do it. Otherwise, it's just ruining a good car.

One pothole and those wheels are TOAST!

That's actually pretty tasteful. No crazy stretched tires, wheels are nice, and it isn't TOO low.
Still probably a bit low for regular street driving every day, but it's definitely a looker.

Could not remember how it was spelled when discussing flat black. Also, that's what I grew up calling it instead of flat black

Also, I really love the badges.

This is good stance.

Yep. I mean i could understand this amount on diftcars(without stretched tires ofcourse) but other than that BOO STANCENATION

They're hardly a fad, the exposed flare fasteners have been a Japanese modification mainstay since the early 70s.

In my pants! Must have....

It is, I was just joking about it because that was what the OP wrote.

No, stancebros, you don't get to claim this car is one of your own. Because "see look this car is stanced... functionally " is a load of crap.
No stupid excessively wide wheels that poke out from the fenders with over stretched tires, no stupid too-low ride height, no stupid excessive negative camber.
This car is modified with lower suspension, a widebody kit, and wheels & tires that fill up the fenders. That's not stanced. People have been modifying cars like this since looong before stance was a thing.
This car is an example of how to modify a car well, instead of fucking it up with stance bullshit.

I remembered how to spell about 3 hours later.
